All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport. You can bring small handbags.

Each flight allows up to 3 passengers. The total weight of all 3 passengers must be under 450 lbs.

We allow children over the age of 5 to fly with us. All children flying with Luxury Air Tours of South Florida must occupy their own seat and use a seatbelt for safety. However, if a child cannot safely sit in their own seat and use the seatbelt, we can’t allow them to fly with us.

The key difference between our airplane and a helicopter is that the flight is smoother, more comfortable, and quieter creating a more relaxed and luxurious experience.

You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us on your smartphone or printed.

We are committed to following all CDC guidelines and doing everything in our power to keep our passengers safe in the facility and in our aircraft.

Our aircraft is cleaned and sanitized between each tour.

Our air tours are private and will only include the guests on your reservation.

Cancellations or any request changes to an existing reservation must be requested at least 48-hours prior to your departure date/time. These cancelations are fully refundable with exception of the deposit if the aircraft has already been booked. Cancellations and/or changes to reservation made within 48-hours of flight are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Reservations who are late by 20 minutes or more without notice are considered no-shows and refunds will not be given. In some cases, groups that are late by 20 minutes or more, even with notice, may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to scheduling conflicts with other scheduled flights the day of the flight.

All flights are subject to weather, runway conditions, regulatory considerations, and pilot and aircraft availability. All flights depart at the pilot’s discretion, and Luxury Air Tours of South Florida and its employees assume no responsibility for any and all loss or liability arising from any flight delays or cancellations as a result of weather, mechanical discrepancies, regulatory restrictions, or any other circumstance.

Weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of Luxury Air Tours of South Florida and are subject to rescheduling but are nonrefundable.

All air tours may be subject to alternate routing if weather conditions do not permit flights along the published route.

Cancellation requests made by the customer due to weather concerns are not valid for refund. Customer requested reschedules for any reason are permitted without additional fees one-time only. Subsequent requests for rescheduling or cancellation will not be valid for refund.
